Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located, offering a peaceful stay just outside the city center. The rooms are cozy but slightly small for a luxury experience. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The dining options were superb, with a varied and delicious menu. However, some room amenities, like a blow dryer and ironing board, were missing.
The hotel is situated within a short distance from the city center, making it convenient for exploring historical Chester. The rooms were comfortable, but in need of some updates. The service was welcoming and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The dining experience was delightful, offering a wide range of delicious options. Overall, a decent value for the location.
The hotel is at the very top with rooms overlooking the car park, warm but noisy due to busy road. Staff were incredibly helpful, especially reception. Close to Chester center, but limited amenities and dining options. Could use improvements in room quality.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. Although the initial room I got was up lots of stairs and felt a bit gloomy, I opted to upgrade to a more suitable room, albeit a bit cluttered for my family. The size was a bit small, but was fine as we only used it for sleeping purposes.
